Finding God's Presence

Look around — and you will find, God in earth and stars aligned. In whispered winds, in morning light, In broken souls, in darkest night. Where to find Jesus Christ? His home is near, Not far away, but always here. Not only temples built of stone— He lives where love has made a home. Jesus still lives, Within the heart that hopes forgives. The bond of God and humankind Is written deep in soul and mind. Look around at poor and broken hands, Among the weak the Savior stands. In hungry eyes, in silent pain, His mercy walks the earth again. His cross once wore our sin and grief, Yet through His love we found relief. Bound for eternity by grace, We seek His light, we find His face. Open your heart and you will see, The truth that sets the spirit free. For seekers find what faith has known— That God is near, we’re not alone. Where sorrow lives and kindness starts, There is His kingdom in our hearts. Look around… the signs are there— In every wound, in every prayer. Seek the poor, the lost, the small, For there His love embraces all. And if you ask where God may be— Look around… and you will see.
